We are committed to pursuing the goals and measures set out in our Diversity Charter with dedication and determination. Countless nationalities come together working with us. In-house German and English language courses, our own women’s network and LGBTIQ+-related activities are regular fixtures in our daily work together.

Strong women at EBCONT
Women in the IT profession must be supported, so as a business we want to send a clear signal. Therefore, we’ve established the Women@EBCONT initiative, which includes events, keynote speeches and partnerships – like with https://thenewitgirls.com – for EBCONT’s women in all departments and locations.
2021 saw the start of a partnership with the platform for LGBTIQ+ in business in our role as a Pride Biz Ally. That is how we want to give support outside to the community. Because diversity doesn’t start with us, but with each individual.
