Confidential Reporting System for Illegal or Unethical Behavior

EBCONT has a zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of illegal or unethical behavior. To maintain our culture of integrity, EBCONT has established an internal reporting mechanism for whistleblowers.

All employees of EBCONT Austria, as well as our partners, suppliers, customers, and other affiliated third parties, can report potential violations of applicable laws, regulations, as well as all internal principles and guidelines of EBCONT. Reports can be submitted confidentially and anonymously.

You can also report incidents via email to EBCONT's Whistleblower Department. If desired, we can arrange for a personal meeting.

What happens after a report?

We carefully review all reports and treat them with the utmost confidentiality. The receipt of your report will be acknowledged within 7 days at the latest. If you prefer to remain anonymous, your anonymity will be preserved throughout the entire process of investigating the matter. Whistleblowers are protected from any disadvantages according to the Whistleblower Protection Act. Depending on the complexity of the issue, we will inform you of the investigation results or the current status no later than three months after receiving your report.

Our goal is to respond to reports promptly, take preventive action, and thereby secure trust internally and externally.
